Healthy can taste so delicious and it couldn`t be easier. Bring the water to the boil. Put a stick of cinnamon (please use Ceylon cinnamon, cassia contains coumarin) in a cup and pour the hot, not boiling water over it. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and drink it while still hot. Ideally 30 minutes before each meal.
Notes: The cinnamon stick can be used approx. 3 times. Cinnamon is an all-rounder and an underrated remedy.
