Mix the yogurt with cinnamon and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Toast the almond flakes in a pan without fat.
Peel the orange and cut it into pieces, catching the juice that comes out. Boil the orange pieces with the juice as well as the pomegranate seeds and sugar in a saucepan or in the microwave to make compote. This takes about 3 - 4 minutes.
First pour the compote into the glasses, then sprinkle the yoghurt and flaked almonds on top. Serve.
