Instructions

  1. Place each fish fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil (approx. DIN A3). Salt and pepper and place 3 stalks of dill on each of the fish. Cut the lemons into slices and top the fish with them. Fold the foil over the fish so that they are well wrapped, but there is still an opening at the top through which you can check the cooking progress. Cover the opening with another piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Put both fish parcels in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Check regularly whether the fish is already done. Drizzle the cooked fish fillets with olive oil and serve.
  3. Potatoes or rice, as well as beans, broccoli or cauliflower go well with it.
