Instructions
- Tear off two large pieces of aluminum foil and place one fish fillet on each piece.
- Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with 3 stalks of dill or lemon thyme.
- Slice the lemons and arrange the slices over the fish.
- Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Fold the foil over to wrap the fish into a sealed parcel, crimping the edges tightly.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the fish parcels on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve.
