Instructions
- I bake these tartlets in tartlet molds that have a diameter of 12 cm. Of course, it also works with smaller molds.
- Make a kneading dough from the flour, butter, sugar and the egg and a pinch of salt. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Then knead the dough again and divide it evenly into the tartlet forms, pulling up the edge a little.
- Wash the lime, pat dry, peel off the peel and then squeeze it out.
- Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar, eggs, lime juice and lime zest and pour the mixture into the tartlets.
- Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees top / bottom heat or 150 degrees convection for approx. 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the oranges and grapefruits thickly so that the white skin is completely removed and cut out the fillets.
- Cover the tartlets with the grapefruit and orange fillets just before serving.
- Taste lukewarm best!
