Instructions
- Prepare crushed ice by placing ice cubes in a bag or kitchen towel and crushing with a hammer.
- Cut off the ends of the lime, then cut it into 8 pieces.
- Add the lime pieces and 2 ½ teaspoons sugar to a glass and muddle with a pestle for 30 seconds to release the juice.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour 5 cl cachaça over the ice.
- Insert 2 straws and serve right away.
