Pour cocoa powder into the glasses (as large as possible) depending on your taste. Fill up to 2/3 of the glass with milk while stirring. Continue stirring for about 20 seconds to really distribute the cocoa powder evenly. Put a straw in each glass and a large scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Then spray some cream on top, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top as a decoration and serve.
