Classic Italian Bruschetta Instructions

  1. Sprinkle slices of bread with olive oil;
  2. Place the bread in a grill pan or baking sheet. The frying surface does not need to be oiled.
  3. Cut the tomato into rings or half rings, depending on the size of the vegetable.
  4. Chop the basil, add herbs and spices to the tomato, stir.
