Hard boil eggs, rinse with cold water and let cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthways. Remove the yolks from the halved eggs and mash them finely with a fork to make a pulp without lumps. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and a little Maggi. Carefully fill the egg halves with the mixture (possibly with a piping bag).
To decorate the Russian eggs, capers or caviar can be added.
