Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Add with water and stock cube and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the onions with the ham until crispy.
  3. When the potatoes are ready, they are mashed. Add a little water to make the soup more liquid. The amount of water depends on your own taste. I don`t add that much as we like the soup to be quite thick. This also makes it taste more intense.
  4. Add the pea and carrot mixture. Likewise onions, Katenschinken, garlic and Wienerle.
  5. Bring to the boil so that the frozen vegetables are cooked through. At the end, season with salt and pepper.
