Cut the Lyoner and cheese into narrow strips. Cut the onions into thin half rings and the eggs, tomatoes and pickles into thin strips. Season with the dried salad herbs, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Mix everything and let it flow a little.
Tip: I take about 250 g Emmentaler and about 100 g Lindenberger. Cut the ingredients into thin strips.
As a main course with french fries, boiled potatoes, rolls or bread.
