• 700 ml schnapps (grain or vodka) and 400 sugar solution

Instructions

1. Slit the vanilla pods lengthways and let them steep for 2-3 days in the pure alcohol.
2. Now add the remaining ingredients and let stand for another week, then filter off and bottle.
3. Vanilla liqueur is almost colorless.
