Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini and potatoes, clean the paprika and cut everything into cubes.
  2. Fry everything briefly, season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika, and after briefly browning, deglaze with the peeled tomatoes and the vegetable stock.
  3. Cook the vegetables al dente and shortly before the end of the cooking time add the mushrooms. Season with herbs and season if necessary.
  4. Mashed potatoes or dumplings go well with this.
