Finely dice the bell pepper and onion, finely chop the garlic clove. Sauté the onion cubes and the chopped garlic clove in the butter, add the paprika cubes and sauté briefly. Now add the rice and sauté until translucent. Then stir in the paprika and pour in the broth. Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
