Finely dice the onion, finely chop the clove of garlic, dice the bell pepper and tomatoes. Put the kidney beans in a colander and rinse. Cut open the chilli pepper and remove the seeds, then cut into small strips.
Heat the oil in a large pan or saucepan and fry the minced meat until it is gray and crumbly. Now add the chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic clove and fry everything until the meat is a little browned. Now add the kidney beans, the corn with the canned corn juice, the tomato paste, the diced tomatoes and a little water and continue to simmer covered for about 20 minutes over a medium heat supply.
Then add the chilli pepper with the other spices and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is reached. Season the chilli with salt and serve hot.
