Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate to form a smooth, smooth batter.
Now fill this dough into 2 wide cups (with at least 200 ml content, better more content -> risk of sucking up the micro because it overflows), insert 2 pieces of chocolate of your choice and cover lightly with dough.
Cook in the micro at 450 watts for 3 to 4 minutes until the surface is dry (if you are unsure, do the stick test).
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like and serve immediately.
* Instead of sugar + vanilla powder, take 25 g sugar and a sachet of vanilla sugar.
Note:
The muffins collapse a little when they cool, but they are still nice and juicy, fluffy and chocolate-laden.
