First coat the coarse sausages with mustard on all sides. Then fry the sausages. When the sausages are seared on all sides, remove them from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces. Return to the pan and continue frying briefly. Then add the cream, reduce and season with cayenne pepper, paprika powder and sugar.
This dish can be expanded with hot peppers, onions and other spices as desired.
I serve the whole thing with pasta, but it is also very tasty with potatoes.
