Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and grill them in the oven for about 20 minutes, they can get quite dark. Then briefly rinse with cold water and peel off the skin. Set aside on a plate.
Knead the flour with water, oil, baking powder and salt and let rest for 20 minutes. Then roll out the dough, place it on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick a few times with a fork.
Spread the peppers cut into strips, finely chopped garlic and sliced olives, drizzle with olive oil and the pepper juice and season with salt.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
