Instructions

1. Mix the crème de bananes with limoncello in a mixing glass with ice cubes and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine or champagne. Decorate with a slice of limquat.
2. Tip: Limquats are a cross between limes and kumquats.
