• 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar, (brandy vinegar)
• 1 dash lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon, heaped mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon dill
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ tomato paste
• 0.5 ½ teaspoon, cut Dijon mustard
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ fried onions
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

1. Grind the mustard seeds and fried onions to a fine powder. Beat the powder and the remaining ingredients with the whisk. Dilute with water if necessary.
2. This cocktail dressing is super delicious and goes perfectly with a chef`s salad with ham, cheese and egg.
