Instructions

1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy, mix in the whole eggs. Admit each one individually.
2. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar, stir alternately with the milk and rum into the butter mixture, spoon by spoon. Fill into the buttered and floured Gugelhupf pan and bake on the 2nd rack, fan-assisted, for 1 hour at 150 °.
