Finely puree the dates without stone, with the cocoa and two spoons of milk with a powerful mixer until a fine paste is formed. Now add the rest of the milk and mix.
If desired, warm the cocoa in a small saucepan.
You can refine the cocoa with a little vanilla, zest of an orange, a little chilli, half a teaspoon of almond or hazelnut butter and / or a topping made of stiff cream.
If you like to drink cocoa every day, you can also prepare a kind of syrup. I prepare the paste for several servings with only a third of the milk, fill everything into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Prepared with fresh milk, the syrup can be stored for about 4 to 6 days. If necessary, then only add hot or cold milk.
