Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. First mix the oat flakes with the almonds, desiccated coconut and cinnamon.
  3. Then slowly melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on the lowest setting. When it is completely liquid, add the coconut oil and then the honey to the oatmeal mixture. Stir until everything is really well distributed. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the muesli on top.
  4. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for another 10-12 minutes. But be careful: keep an eye on the muesli for the last few minutes, because it can burn very quickly! When it looks nicely browned, take it out of the oven and turn it over again and let it cool down.
  5. Pack the muesli airtight and use up within one to two weeks.
  6. Tip: The muesli tastes particularly delicious with Greek yogurt and fruit.
