Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil, add the semolina and let it swell until the porridge thickens. Then add the desiccated coconut.
  2. Mash half of the banana and mix it with the semolina. Then let the whole thing cool down a bit.
  3. Peel the blood oranges and cut into small pieces. Then layer the semolina and blood oranges in glasses - start and finish with semolina. Garnish with the second half of the banana and chill. Serve as a dessert.
