Instructions

1. Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Stir in the Hermann. Pour in the sunflower oil. Then stir in the hazelnuts, flour and baking powder. Fold in the apple pieces, desiccated coconut and raisins. Grease a springform pan and dust with flour. Pour in the dough and bake.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 160 ° C) for about 60 minutes.
