If the dough does not stick well because it is too dry, you can add a little more water, if it is too mushy, you can add a little more flour.
The oven is preheated to 180 ° C circulating air. Meanwhile, small balls with a diameter of about 2 cm are formed with your hands and placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The balls should stay in the oven for about 10 minutes (until they get a nice light brown tint on top). The total amount of dough is sufficient for approx. 5 trays.
