Halve the bananas and fry them in coconut oil and honey until golden brown. Add the walnuts and cinnamon to the pan. Roast them there in the oil and honey and stir everything for about 1 - 2 minutes until a golden brown color has formed.
Mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla powder.
Serve the cold, creamy yogurt with the warm bananas and nuts and garnish with the almonds.
