Instructions

  1. Line a square shape with the rusks. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan and let boil until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Stir in 5 tablespoons of coconut liqueur and immediately distribute the liquid over the rusks. Put the cherry compote on top and smooth it out.
  3. Mix the quark with the remaining coconut liqueur and the lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  4. Spread the mixture on the cherry groats, decorate in a wave shape with the help of a tablespoon and sprinkle with the roasted coconut flakes. Chill for a few hours until eaten
  5. Variation: For a variant without alcohol, replace the coconut liqueur with coconut syrup.
