Instructions

  1. Make a sponge cake: separate the 4 eggs. Beat the egg yolks with vanilla sugar and 25 g sugar until frothy. Mix together baking powder, flour and cornstarch and whisk, adding water.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg white with the other 25 g sugar until frothy and fold into the dough mixture.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 170 ° for about 15 minutes until the mixture is lightly browned.
  4. Take the finished sponge cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
  5. Cut into cubes the size of dominoes and leave to dry out a little for 2 to 3 days if left open.
  6. Melt the chocolate, brush the cubes with it (works very well if you skewer it with kebab skewers) and roll in coconut flakes.
