Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the egg and 125 g sugar. Mix in the flour, baking powder, 50 g coconut flakes and oat flakes and cover and cool the dough for 1-2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix the remaining coconut flakes and 25 g sugar. Shape the dough into walnut-sized piles, brush the top with canned milk and press lightly into the coconut-sugar mixture. Sit on the sheet.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes (10 minutes per oven may be enough).
  5. Let cool and store in an airtight jar.
