Mix all the ingredients together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on it. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes and let the cake cool down and then cut into cubes.
Bring the milk to the boil and melt the block chocolate in it until both boil, then remove from the heat. Pour the desiccated coconut into a bowl.
Take one cube at a time from the tray with two forks, dip quickly into the chocolate milk and then roll in the desiccated coconut. Place on the baking sheet and let cool down.
