Instructions

  1. Mix the cornstarch with sugar and milk. Bring coconut milk to the boil, remove from heat and then add the mixed cornstarch. Bring the pudding to the boil again and stir in the desiccated coconut. Line small molds with biscuits and pour the pudding on top. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts if necessary. Let cool and place in the fridge to set.
