Instructions

  1. Cut the coconut chips into small pieces and break the dried bananas into pieces. If necessary, cut the dried strawberries into small pieces if they are whole fruits or larger slices (of course, this is not necessary with dried strawberry cubes).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, fill into airtight storage containers and store in a cool, dry place.
  3. Weigh 50 g of muesli per serving and enjoy with quark, yoghurt, milk, buttermilk or a vegetable alternative and fresh fruit as desired.
  4. Remarks:
  5. I used freeze-dried banana chips and not roasted banana chips because they are too sweet and greasy for me. So far I have only found the freeze-dried bananas online. If you like the normal, i.e. deep-fried banana chips, you can also take these, but they contain approx. 50% more energy as well as more fat and added sugar.
  6. The muesli provides a lot of magnesium, iron and zinc as well as vitamins B1 and K.
  7. Cocoa nibs also contain many polyphenols (secondary plant substances).
