Instructions

  1. Peel the banana, cut into pieces and put in the blender. Wash the pear and persimmons, remove the flower and stem, cut into pieces and add to the banana. Squeeze the limes and put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. At the highest level, I use the Green Smoothie program, mix for about 1.5 minutes.
