Instructions

  1. Briefly bring coconut milk, water, coconut liqueur and sugar to the boil, then stir in agar agar and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  2. Now pour into 18 small molds and refrigerate. (approx. 2 to 3 hours)
  3. To serve, take the coconut jelly out of the molds and place on a plate, garnish with fresh fruit.
  4. We arranged the jelly on a saucepan made from freshly pureed strawberries.
