Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into very thin slices (cut in half if necessary). Now clean the leek and cut into rings. Add the water for the rice and then cook the rice. While the rice is cooking butter, heat some oil in a saucepan. First fry the carrots in it and when they are already a little soft, add the leeks and garlic (sliced or pressed as you like). Fry for a few minutes, season with vegetable stock, plenty of curry powder, pepper and some chili powder to taste. Deglaze with water and then add the coconut milk. Add the spices to taste and bring to the boil briefly.
  2. Use the rice as a soup.
