Instructions

  1. Put the multigrain flakes together with the coconut drink and the pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. In the meantime, sort and wash the blueberries. Halve if necessary. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. When the porridge has reached the desired, preferably pulpy, consistency, place it in a bowl. Finally top the porridge with the berries and garnish with the desiccated coconut and chia seeds.
