Instructions

  1. Put rice and water in a wok. Add salt and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Cover the wok, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the lid and loosen the rice grains with a fork - the water must have completely evaporated and the rice must be soft. Pour the coconut rice into a preheated serving bowl and sprinkle with coke flakes. Serve immediately.
