Instructions

  1. Fill up the coconut milk with the normal milk to 500 ml (you need about 100 ml milk for this). Then put the milk mixture in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir vigorously at the beginning, as the coconut milk usually forms lumps in the can. Add semolina and sugar, bring to the boil again briefly and then remove from the stove and allow the semolina to soak for a few minutes. Finally mix in the coconut flakes.
  2. Tastes fresh, hot and pure, but also chilled, e.g. with cherries.
