Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Cover the bottom with sliced tomatoes and onions. Top with peppered and salted cod fillets. Spread tomatoes, onions and fresh herbs on top of the fillets. Pour cream and white wine over them. Put a few flakes of butter on top.
Cook for approx. 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish fillets) at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven again for the last 5 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water at the same time and serve as a side dish.
