Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle or ribbon pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a little olive oil. The fish also tastes great when fried on the skin.
  3. For the sauce, cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a deep pan with butter. Wash the spinach, remove the stems and cut it a little smaller. Add the spinach to the onions and let them collapse. Pour a cup of pasta water into the pan and stir in the crème fraîche. Season with turmeric, garam masala and curry, pepper and salt. Add the capers. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes and then fold in the pasta.
  4. Place the pasta with the sauce on plates and arrange the cod fillet on top.
