Instructions

  1. Rinse the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Turn the fillets in it, press the grated food on and fry in the hot oil on both sides for about 5 minutes. Drain the fish on paper towels, keep warm.
  2. Peel and dice shallots and sauté in hot butter until translucent. Pour in white wine and let it boil down a little. Whisk the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of water, stir in. Bring the sauce to the boil briefly and then remove the saucepan from the stove. Fold in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the cod fillets with the sauce on a plate. A colorful vegetable rice goes well with it.
