Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into slices, the carrots into sticks, the zucchini into 0.5 - 1 cm cubes and the garlic into small pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.
  2. Briefly sweat the onions, zucchini and carrots with the garlic in olive oil until the vegetables take on a light color and taste. Then season generously with salt and pepper and deglaze with Worcester sauce. Set the pan aside.
  3. Form small packages out of parchment or baking paper by folding the leaves in half. Then put some of the vegetables on one side, place a frozen fillet on top, put some vegetables and two tomato halves on top and sprinkle a small dash of soy sauce over it. Fold the paper in at the sides and use it to wrap the fillets.
  4. Put the two packets in a baking dish to keep the oven clean. Of course, a baking sheet can do the same. Put these in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Can then either be served directly as a parcel or can be slid onto a plate with the sauce after cooking.
  6. As a side dish e.g., very well fried potato cubes.
