Cut the vegetables into cubes and preheat a pan (with a little water, no fat!). Add the onion and vegetables and season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Add a little water and dill and steam the vegetables (if necessary, add ginger and garlic later).
Season the fish and sauté in water in a second pan. Add the herbs, serve the fish with the vegetables and enjoy.
The dish has less than 200 kcal and is therefore perfect for the 21-day metabolism cure.
You can of course also prepare the dish with other vegetables.
