Mix cold brew coffee extract (see basic recipe in my profile) with cherry juice, tonic water and mineral water. Serve with or without ice cubes.
Variation: Let it steep for 10 minutes with a sprig of mint in a carafe.
Feel free to try other fruit juices and let me know what your favorite is.
Note: This is a rather tart lemonade that stubborn beer fans will also enjoy. The bitterness of the tonic and the strong cold brew roasted taste complement each other perfectly.
