Instructions

  1. Preheat the appropriate glass.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in fresh, hot coffee while stirring. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and cocoa liqueur and stir.
  3. Pour Café Chocolat into the glass, place a whipped cream on top of the coffee and garnish with chocolate shavings.
