Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and separate. Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to the boil.
  2. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and coffee, add flour. Pour in the milk and cook until creamy, stirring constantly.
  3. Put in wine glasses, let cool down. Garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
