Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with sugar and 6 tablespoon milk until smooth. Heat the rest of the milk and the whipped cream with the espresso powder until the powder has dissolved. Now bring everything to the boil and stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil. Refrigerate.
  2. Garnish with the drained mandarins and whipped cream.
