• 100 ml sweet cream
• 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
• 750 ml coffee, boiled, freshly made, hot
• 4 tablespoon orange liqueur
• 4 teaspoons chocolate flakes

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar and stir into the hot coffee. Divide the coffee into 4 cups.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur in each cup, garnish with the cream and serve sprinkled with the chocolate shavings.
