Mix the milk with the cream, coffee, almonds, cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and bring to the boil. Add the rice and let it cook until soft, stirring frequently.
Roast the almond flakes in a dry pan until golden brown.
Cut the drained peaches into wedges. Alternately pour peaches and rice into glasses and chill.
Sprinkle the almond flakes over the dessert before serving.
This dessert is also ideal for picnics - simply put in sealable glasses or bowls.
