Mix the cream horseradish with the grated apple and refrigerate.
Squeeze out the potato wedges and mix well with the onions and eggs. Then season well. Heat the margarine and fry 12 cakes from it. To do this, put the dough in the pan and cover each with 1 apple slice. Press firmly and fry over medium heat for approx. 2 - 3 minutes until golden. Turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Arrange 3 rösti on each plate and serve with salmon and horseradish. Decorate with dill if necessary.
